I can’t wait to meet you! I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some info to help make your first visit is as seamless and comfortable as possible.Every guest experience is customized.

THE CONSULTATION

Communication is key.

Your visit will begin with a consultation to discuss your hair challenges, goals, lifestyle and preferred maintenance. Your color, placement, and cut will be customized to you and your needs.

I start every appointment with a check-in to make sure you always are able to voice any concerns or changes you've been wanting. I'll repeat our game plan and make sure we are 100% on the same page when it comes to your new color.

Before coming to your appointment, I suggest going to Pinterest, or even my Instagram for inspiration photos. Feel free to pick 1-2 images of colors/styles you like and even 1-2 of colors/styles you don't like.

AFTER GOODBYE

It's best to wait to wash your hair post color from 24-72 hours to let color settle and to help your hair cuticle relax.

I always want to ensure you are satisfied with your services so if after those 72 hours you are still not happy with your hair results that we were not already clear about in the consultation, please reach out to me.

I highly recommend using professional, color safe products on your new hair investment, it will help with the longevity of your color.
